Benjamin Horton Obituary

Benjamin Horton died at his home two and a half miles south west of Luray, on Monday morning, May 28, 1900, at 4 o'clock. Interment in Luray cemetery at 2 o'clock Tuesday. He was taken suddenly ill Sunday night at two o'clock and died before a physician could reach his bed side. Mr. Horton was an old and respected citizen of the county and has resided at the late homestead since the war.
