BOOTH posted by Lisa Young on Tuesday, December 29, 1998

I am desperately looking for any information on Willis Harvelle BOOTH. My Aunt Dorothy (86 Years old), says he used to be a judge in a county on the Northern state line, she thinks Carrollton. Carrollton is in Carroll County in the middle of the state, so I am thinking maybe she meant Clark. Would there be any records of this? He was married to an Ada Schiller. She died when her children were very young, very little or no info on her since he remained heartbroken until the time of his death in 1918 (Broken Arrow, OK). She probably died in Missouri. She also said that he was a civil war vet, how could I go about finding out which company, state, etc.? Willis was born 1843 in Ohio, don't know where. Anything would be helpful. Would there be any records of this? I would be willing to look something up or search for something in Benton County, Arkansas - if anyone needs anything, or would like to trade information. I would be willing to look something up or search for something in Benton thank you Lisa Young loaforge@mc2k.com
